Kath Blackham
With a passion for digital and a mind for innovation and entrepreneurship, Kath Blackham has been at the forefront of tech solutions for over 18 years. Her experience spans market research at TNS and RedSheriff, Product Management at SEEK and REA before starting her own full service digital agency in 2010 called Deepend Melbourne Pty Ltd, which grew to be one of Australia’s largest independent digital experience and design agencies. Kath is heavily involved in mentoring and has championed local initiatives (Code Like a Girl), as well as being an Australian voice for digital around the globe (SoDA). In 2017, Kath helped spearhead the creation of Australia’s first enterprise-level voice experience (VX) agency VERSA. Recently, Kath led the merging of Deepend Melbourne and VERSA to create a highly-specialised agency with world-leading expertise in emerging tech like Voice and Conversational AI. VERSA has offices around the world, including; Melbourne, Sydney, Seattle, Singapore, Japan and Mumbai; and growing teams in Nicaragua and New Zealand.
Hamish Cargill
Hamish is the director of brand voice and strategic communications agency XXVI. From Telstra and NAB to the University of Leicester, he guides major brands through the entire process of creating, implementing and believing in their unique tone of voice. A strategic thinker and energetic presenter, he’s spent more time reading and thinking about terms and conditions than he will ever admit. His most disliked phrase is “We can’t change this because…”

Fran Clayton
Fran Clayton is Chief Strategy Officer at DDB Sydney. She has played a lead strategic role on key accounts including McDonald’s, Volkswagen, and Westpac, and is passionate about creativity, diversity, and understanding human beings. Fran joined DDB in 2012 from Publicis Mojo Sydney, where she was Head of Strategy, partnering with Lion Breweries and Nescafé. Before that, she was Global Head of Exploring at Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where she led ethnographic strategic projects in markets such as the Middle East, China, Russia, Europe and USA for clients including P&G, Sony Ericsson and General Mills. Fran also spent time at McCann as Chief Strategy Officer, but returned to DDB early last year.
Dan Bradley
Dan is director of AlphaLab, building future-fit brands and organisations at the intersection of strategy, human centred design and technology. His award-winning experience includes creating digital and physical experiences for clients including NAB, CPA, SkyTV, Nintendo, Bankwest, Synergy, iiNet, RAC and BMW. He’s well versed in leading sprint teams and working in agile environments with clients to co-desgn and prototype their next generation of products and services.
He’s also helped design and launch startups in FinTech, AgTech, PropTech and MedTech.
